I accept most major insurances and can bill out of network. Please check with your insurance for coverage.
I also take cash payments without insurance and will provide a prompt pay discount.
Prices vary depending on time and intensity typically an initial appointment is $100-300 and follow up appointments can range from $50-100 pending time/ intensity.
